Terms of Service
Who operates this service
This service is operated as Poke.cash. It is a Pokémon TCG collection and portfolio tracker: you record the cards you own, and it shows what the European market says they are worth.
It is an unofficial fan project. Using it means accepting the terms on this page.
Acceptable use
- Track your own collection.
- Do not attempt to access, modify, or extract data belonging to other users.
- Do not abuse rate limits or attempt to disrupt the service for others.
- Do not resell or redistribute the pricing data as a dataset of its own.
About the prices
Every figure shown is informational. Prices are aggregates over a marketplace this service does not run, they are cached rather than fetched live, and how recently any one card was checked depends on what that card is worth — the page that shows a figure also says where it came from and when it was read.
No representation is made that a figure is accurate, current, or suitable for any decision: not for trading, not for valuation, not for insurance. A card is worth what someone pays for it.
Your account and your data
Your collection is yours. You can export it or delete it at any time, and deleting your account removes it. What is stored and who else touches it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
An account may be suspended if it is used to attack the service or to reach another user's data.
Trademarks
Pokémon and all related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. This is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Card names, set names, and card images belong to their respective owners.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranty. It may be unavailable, and features may change or be withdrawn.
To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss of data, for a decision taken on the strength of a figure shown here, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The current version is always the one on this page, and continuing to use the service means accepting it.
